Space Coast of Florida — Beach Bar Reviews

Today’s Beach & Tiki Bars Review is all about the Space Coast of Florida. The Space Coast of Florida – we’re talking Daytona, Cocoa, Satellite Ormond Beach and New Smyrna Beach and world-famous beaches and beach bars. (Treasure Coast)

Volusia County Florida is the home of Daytona Beach, the Festival Capital of Florida and the Daytona International Speedway, and other beachfront cities including Ormond Beach and New Smyrna Beach. Kennedy Space Center located on Merritt Island, Florida and just a few miles to Cocoa Beach, Satellite Beach, and Pineda Beach.

Yes, even if you are not a racecar enthusiast you have heard of the Daytona International Speedway, the Kennedy Space Center, and Orlando’s fairy tale Theme parks, just a few miles west of the Space Coast of Florida.

However, others are looking for a different Florida, an off-the-beaten-path, less commercial, less touristy Florida that offers everyone the Beach Bar Life!

Yes, those secluded, isolated, and low-key cities and towns and out-of-the-way, unique, and unassuming beach bars and waterfront watering holes that inhabit their shores.

So, throw on a pair of flip flops, snatch up your favorite cover-up, find your cargo shorts, and take a playcation in some of the most interesting watering holes on the east coast of Florida.

The shoreline of the Space Coast of Florida runs from Vero Beach to Ormond Beach. And is halfway between West Palm Beach and Cape Canaveral, these beaches make up the “Space Coast”, Melbourne Beach, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, Merritt Island, Melbourne, Port Canaveral, Ormond Beach, Pineda Beach, Satellite Beach, and New Smyrna Beach. Not to mention other Beach Bars, if you have one you love to hang out in, let us know.

The barrier islands along the Atlantic Ocean, the Space Coast stretches from the Canaveral National Seashore down southward to Vero Beach, enveloping undeveloped stretches that seem to be nothing but endless white sand. Here you will find an entrenched culture that embraces the Old Florida surf.

There’s no doubt that the Space Coast of Florida has your favorite go-to beaches for the sun, surf, and outer space adventures and discoveries. Many are just now figuring out that it is also a place to have your birthday celebration, girls’ night out, a bachelor party, or any night can be a night on the town. Its breweries & beach bars spawn an ultimate nightlife lifestyle that is your ultimate directory to the Space Coast of Florida.

OK, this is what we do. First, we have put together a Space Coast of Florida list of cities, beach bars, waterfront watering holes, and tiki bars. Then we write a short introduction to the city or town we feature and tell you what’s hot to do there. Next, we will review the best beach bar in that area or maybe the worst, (it’s our opinion so that yours may be different). After that, we will give you our conclusion and drink rating. We have a system of rating a beach or tiki bar according to how many drinks we would have there, one to five. Of course, our rating is subjective, but you can go ahead and add your comments to our rating.

Below is a listing of alphabetical cities we will highlight in red. Read about the city or bar.
